Unfortunately, these artists always end up on the same way. While there are so many beautiful voices and talents, the music industry that creates them also prepares their end. They are surrounded by a lot of unreliable and useless people who ruin them. Time comes when they become useless to the industry. R.I.P.

This is my favorite Whitney song. 💯💕🕊 I don’t care what people say, she may have done drugs and took her own life, but that doesn’t take away her music. IMHO

Actually, there's a rumored backstory to this performance. Whitney is actually angry here. The clip shows how Diana Ross introduced her rather impolitely and alluding to her fame only being due to Whitley's mother and cousin. Whitney was insulted and upset about that (naturally) and she took the song several notches higher which she originally did not plan to do. What you see is actually WH raising a middle finger to Diana saying "How dare you say that on live TV! You are never going to be better than me". Compare this performance to others during the 80s, you will definitely see and hear the difference. WH's facial expressions and eyes do not sparkle and smile here unlike the others. Diana's comments and the audience's reactions to that says it all.

Back in the day, a new girl moved around the way, to protect her privacy on UA-cam, I'll just call her Jay. Jay was cool, beautiful, thick & brown with a DaDonk A Donk from hell, so I started knocking her down & Oh WeLL...I was still with my 1st love, so don't tell. Jay's "weed" had a magic marker smell. I filled the garbage with the Philly's guts and after I smoke her weed, I was gonna go bust some nuts because, that DaDonk A Donk from hell, was one of the Hood's biggest butts, but that weed from Harlem had me sweating, I mean wet to the touch & getting hotter by the second, like I was about to combust & this song came on for the first time, so watching was a must! I started thinking about my girl and violating her trust & the pain getting caught would cause, deep within her bust, I felt so much like a toilet, my eyes began to flush, tears were flowing, uncontrollably, as I ran out in a rush, years later I found out, I had been smoking on dust, fellas, if your married, I'll say this much, leave that shyt & this song alone, when you're about to crush! True story, ran out before I poked..... LOL ~ N & SMDH 87 was a good year!
